This is for women and girls everywhere....
Hi family and friends, from November 25th, I’m going to be walking for a cause that is close to my heart.
Every woman and girl around the world, deserves to feel Safe. Everywhere. Always. – at home, at the gym, even online - and that is why I’m joining UN Women Australia in the walk to end violence against women and girls.
Help me reach my fundraising goal and we can help to build a better future for women and girls around the world.

Monday 28th Oct As the mum of a truly fabulous 15-year-old girl and two wonderful young men I am so conscious that her experience of life is and will be so different from theirs. For my daughter, walking down a dark street at night or taking public transport after hours, getting an uber alone, or being bought a drink in a pub, may place her at risk. She may end up in relationship with someone who may be threatened by her intelligence, her capability or who just wants to control her.These are not the same challenges faced by my boys. They walk around, confident in their strength and not on alert. They see walking around safely day or night as their right.
As a female, we see it as a privilege.
I want to change this and ensure that all women are afforded the right to feel safe. everywhere,
