Day 13

Saturday 7th Dec
After a couple of days of smaller walks I squeezed in a 6.5km run. The next 3 days will be a challenge but well worth the cause 🧡

Day 10

Wednesday 4th Dec
Although Kings of Leon blasting got me going it was hard to get to 10kms. So 8 will be enough for today 🧡

Monday 2nd Dec
2 days off due to work. Back to it today. It was hot today 🥵

Friday 29th Nov
Walked a little in between jogging today. Took my time 🧘🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️

My why

Thursday 28th Nov
This was a dark time in my life, and sadly it got worse. Still to this day I question whether I was really in an abusive relationship. But the facts are clearly that. I signed up to be a part of this fundraiser to push myself, to grow, to grieve, to heal. For my kids, who witnessed things they shouldn’t have, for the women in my life who also have suffered, for the 89 women who’ve been killed this year alone by violence, for the women suffering in silence right now.

Thursday 28th Nov
Today was the hardest. As I missed yesterday’s run I had to make up for it today. 11kms on the treadmill.
