Here in Australia, 33% of workers have experienced workplace sexual harassment in the past 5 years, yet only 18% of incidents are reported. 

Palm Lake Group is saying 18% is not good enough.

We see this campaign as an opportunity to raise awareness about sexual harassment in the workplace and ensure our employees have the knowledge, confidence and resources to tackle this issue by prompting some critical conversations across the 16 days of activism.

Our organisational commitment with this campaign is that we collectively refuse to allow silence to be an enabler of this issue to persist. 

It is our hope that this campaign does not just make PLG a safer place to work, but empowers and prompts our employees to have these critical conversations with their family & friends to ultimately make our communities just that bit safer.
